Thanks for that! My dad recently harvested a garden full of tomatoes before the winter really set in, and I found myself the owner of two or five buckets worth! Of course I couldnt eat them all, but I did find a website full of loads more tomato recipes at this site. A whole website dedicated the topic!! Crazy what you can find on the internet these days!!

My favorite recent release is the Maple Syrup flavor again, white chocolate (white confection?) but the quality is super high and the taste is crazy addictive !

Brenda, It’s great that your daughter is able to tolerate the eggs now! That will open up several doors for her, I’m sure!

As for the soup, I’m not sure about the sodium. However, Amy’s does make a low-fat, low-sodium tomato soup that is excellent! I’ve had this one and the “regular” version and there’s hardly any taste difference. Here’s a link, in case you can’t find it locally – http://bit.ly/amysgfsoup (I actually like it better than Campbell’s!) I’d love to hear your opinion after you try it!

I LOVE the Glutino gluten-free crackers. My daughter who is 3, is on a gluten-free diet and hasn’t been able to have any crackers until just recently as she couldn’t have egg whites. She’s now outgrown that allergy and she can now have crackers again as these crackers contain eggs. They are delicious. She loves them so much. So happy to be finding great tasting gluten-free food for her. I’ll have to check the soup out, although soups are so hard because of the sodium content. Unfortunately, I haven’t see those cookies at any of the stores near me.

Once-a-month cooking sounds like my style of cooking! I usually cook during the weekends to make enough for the week. (Or at least prepare the meals as much as I can.)
